Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order, and we also appreciate your understanding as a small, independent creator-run shop.

Physical Comics

All comic book sales are final.

Because comics are collectible items and can be easily damaged after opening, we do not accept returns or exchanges for physical books unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging

We’ll make it right by offering a replacement (if available) or a refund, depending on the situation.

Variant Covers & Limited Editions

Variant covers, con exclusives, and limited-print items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit.

Digital Products

All digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received

We currently can only ship to the following countries/territories (United States, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Federated States of Micronesia, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan)

We are always looking to expand based on audience and demand and we hope to bring our products to your country! Please contact us if you would like to request a country!

Note that these are shipping from the United States. Because of this, there are restrictions and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.
